Fit Bowl Co. was founded in 2017 by two brothers with a simple idea and a 60-square-foot micro-kitchen tucked between two buildings. From that tiny pop-up space, they began blending nutrient-dense açai bowls and smoothies to order, focused on real ingredients, bold flavors, and building something meaningful for their community.

What started small has grown, but the heart behind it has never changed. Fit Bowl Co. is family-owned and operated, rooted in the same passion for quality, connection, and doing things the right way.

We are committed to fueling everyday adventures with wholesome ingredients and powerful superfoods, crafted in fun and delicious ways. More than just a bowl or smoothie, our mission is to inspire balanced, active lifestyles and continue serving the Tampa community that helped us grow from the very beginning.
